Making electric circuits
Hi guys! For Science we are grouped into groups of 4. We should make parallel and series circuit. In series circuit, when one bulb is blown the other bulb will also not light up. But, in parallel circuit if one bulb is blown the other bulbs will still turn on. Anyway in the making the electric circuits we need many alligator clips, some wires, batteries, some bulbs and fittings. It took a long time to finish both of them. But we managed to finish it both. Now, we are just nervous about our score. Bye!

Unit 19 - Gravitational and Frictional force
Gravitational force: Gravitational force is a force that can act from a distance from an object. It is the force of attraction between things and the Earth. Gravitational force pull things downwards to the center of the Earth. Its strength is not the same everywhere. The farther the object from the center of the Earth the weaker the gravitational force. Gravitational force acting on us and all other objects all time. That way we will not float away to space.
Frictional force: Frictional force is a force that opposes motion. It is produced when two surface rub against each other. Frictional force can slow down objects, prevent an object to move and affect the movement of an object.
Air resistance: Air resistance occurs when we drop an object and te frictional force slows the speed of the fall. Example of objects using air resistance is a parachute.
We also make a parachute for our portfolio. But my parachute failed.

Air and Water
Living things need air and water to live. But, with so many living things on Earth, how would there be enough air and water? To make the air and water enough, there are some cycles. The water and the oxygen and corbon dioxide cycle. The water cycle: The sun cause the water in water bodies to evaporate to become clouds, when the clouds gets too heavy, it falls down as rain or snow. The carbon dioxide and oxygen cycle: The plants give us oxygen while we breathe out carbon dioxide for plants to produce more oxygen.

Science Annual Project
Hi guys! This month is a really busy month. We are working in groups of 7 to make a miniature of a building of a country that our group get. I'm in group 4 with Jason, Theo, Qalhata, Nadeen, Michellia & Angelica and we get the country of ancient Greece. My group choose to build the Small Temple of Athena. We made it with DAS clay for the pillars and walls and styrofoam in the inside. We choose DAS clay because it is easy to mould and quickly dry. After the clay is dry, we spray it with silver-coloured aerosol spray. Mr Anjar also told us to do the Science Annual Project booklet. Altough it is tiring, I'm happy to do all this.

Math n' Science Week
In the Math and Science week, we create bio-degradable materials to something new. I'm in the same group with Stephen, Arvin and Michellia. The four of us made a bag to be exhibited in the fair. We also make a poster about greenhouse effect. It was all very fun !

PowerPoint Presentation
This is me when presenting the PPT presentation. I'm in the same group with Enrico. Together we make a great PPT presentation. It is about Chemical & Physical changes. It is very fun because I like working with computers and because we don't have IT lessons in grade 5 I'm very happy in making PPT presentations.

Introduction
Hello, my name is Veryll. I am from Binus International School Serpong. I like to learn Science because it is fun and there are many experiments. I create this blog because I want you all to know all the Science works I've done. Now all I have to do is collect informations from my works and post it in the blog. I will also insert pictures to my blog in order to make it better so people around the world can see my blog.
